Here’s a roundup of all my favorites of 2020! I’ve got a YouTube Video that you can watch a detailed review of each of these products! It’s my first EVER video, so… be warned!

Fashion

These pants were by far my favorites of 2020! They are the LOFT boyfriend fit. They have a light distressing, but are absolutely amazing!

This sweater by Banana Republic also ranks as one of my most worn items of 2020. You basically see it on EVERY Instagram post of mine…. opps!

Hats! I have this hat in black and this beautiful camel brown. I’m obsessed and wear them all the time!

THE pink coat that I couldn’t take off all fall and winter! This is from Banana Republic Factory and it is simply amazing!

This Target sweater dress is just beautiful! The color, the fit, the length. It’s perfect! Get yours before the season is up!

Beauty

I don’t have great picture of all of this stuff, but I couldn’t NOT mention it! I do have all of these products on in this picture though!

My favorite foundation of the year is Tarte Shape Tape Foundation!

My favorite Lip color of the Year is Kylie’s Koko K. It is the perfect nude pink lip for me!

My favorite eyeshadow palette is Colorpop’s Stone Cold Fox palette. It’s cool toned and absolutely amazing!

Mascara DUO that has saved me from raccoon eyes all year? The Tarte Opening Act primer and the Tarte “Lights, Camera, Lashes” Mascara in Black!

Books and Lifestyle

I LOVE to read! 2020 did not disapoint in the book department! And, I had all of this extra time to read ALL (well, almost all) the books on my TBR.

Here are some great book recommendations if you like Psychological Thrillers, Historical Romance, and Coming of Age Novels!

I do have a TOP #1 for the year, but the rest of these are AMAZING and I’m not ranking them because I can’t!

So, here is my list of very close seconds:

The Glittering Hour: Coming of Age novel that spans two generations. Think Gossip Girl, Bright Young Things, with a sprinkle of horrible death.

Normal People: This book is so amazing that they made it into a HULU show. Read the book first, then go watch the show! It is written in a very strange tense that takes some getting used to. It’s the weirdest love story (possibly?) that I’ve ever read.

The Girl in the Mirror: Psychological Thriller. I read the ending 10 pages 3 times because my mind was so blown. Whenever I think of this book I still can’t wrap my head around WTF happened in the last few chapters. Identical Twins who are not fighting over an inheritance but somehow end up on a boat alone together. One of them dies and craziness breaks loose.

Bringing Down the Duke: Such an amazing love story set in Victorian England. The main character is fighting for women’s suffrage. The Duke… not so much. If you love Bridgerton,(the new Netflix show!) you’ll love this book!

The Shadows: One of the creepiest books I read this year. A psychological thriller about conscious dreaming and controlling the real world through dreams. Throw in a few murders and a time jump. Don’t read it alone at night… unlike I did. Alex North is one of my favorite new authors! I read The Shadows as well as his other book, Whisper Man this year (I listened to it on Audible!). READ IT if you like creepy novels! You won’t regret it!

NUMBER 1 BOOK OF THE YEAR:

The Last Time I Lied: Go buy it. Read it now. You won’t regret it!!! This campy psychological thriller follows a woman who goes back to the camp that her friends disappeared from when she was young. She goes back as a camp counselor who is supposed to be teaching art, however, her real goal is to find out what happened to her friends. The ending… jaw dropping. And it’s not until the last 10 pages that the book comes together! This book was written by Riley Sager, and because of this book I read his other releases. Final Girls is another favorite book of the year (but I listened to it on audio book- also I highly recommend this!)

Okay, there it is! My top favorites from 2020! I was super picky about what to put in this list because I wanted to really think about the things that gave me joy in such a weird year.
