Have you heard of them? I sure hadn’t! I got my first complex culture palette in an Ipsy a month ago. I was so impressed with it that I went out and got 4 more products!
So, let’s talk about this amazing brand and why you need to RUN to their website!
*These are all my personal opinions! I have absolutely NO affiliate with them, nor is this post sponsored. I literally just LOVE their products!
If you’re interested, go check out my Instagram @heightsinheelsstyle where I will have a reel going live this week that is all about this brand! I’ve also got a full tutorial saved in stories!
The Packaging
Sleek and sturdy, this packaging is to die for. Every piece comes with its own mirror too. Take a look at these gorgeous products. The best part is, the packaging is just as amazing as the products inside. When I know that I have to wear my makeup ALL day (like 14-18 hours long!) These are always the products that I go to!
Contour and Blush Palette
Let’s zoom really close to my face! As you can tell, I am VERY pale, so finding a blush and contour palette that work for my skin tone is difficult. The best part about these is that they are buildable. I can easily contour and bronze with the SAME color in this palette. This blush is just one of those universal shades that will look good on anyone. It’s buildable, so it’s fair enough for me to put on and not look like a clown. (BTW- these images of my face aren’t filtered! I want you to be able to see the products and my skin as is!)
Good Lighting Highlighter Palette
This highlighter is one of my new holy grails. It’s that one that I am picking up EVERY DAY for a natural glow. It’s not blinding, but it’s obvious. It’s so finely milled that it goes on like a second skin. I top my cheekbones with it as well as the high points of my nose.
I use the lighter shade as my primary highlight. However, I have thrown on the darker shade on top of my bronzer when I want a less matte look. I love that all of these products seem inclusive, so that no matter your skin tone these products will show up exactly how they are supposed to.
Eyeshadow Palette
Talk about color pay off! I know that this looks like any other neutral eyeshadow palette. In reality it’s just BETTER than almost any on the market right now. I’ve got a ton of makeup, and THIS is the neutral and neutral glam palette that I reach for. This is a WARM Neutral pallet, which is not something I usually get. I like cool neutrals better on my skin tone. However, this pallet (in my opinion) still goes with my skin and doesn’t make my eyes look too dark.
The mattes in this are SO pigmented that it only takes one dip to do both eyes. The shimmers give such an amazing pay off with only one swipe of my index finger.
Below I’ve got the pallet as well as the swatches!
The Lip Balm
This lip balm (called the ‘Time Pressed Lip Balm’) has replaced every other lip balm in my collection. I actually just repurchased it for myself and for my mom! THAT’s how good this stuff is! It goes wonderfully under all liquid lipsticks (which I wear daily!). I haven’t had chapped or peeling lips since I started using this product daily. If you can only get one product, get this one! It’s life changing!
Have you tried any of the Complex Culture Beauty Products yet? I am really looking forward to trying their brushes soon, as well as their foundation!
